Restricted Jurisdictions and Geographic Access

Blackjack SPY is an informational and analytical service. The Service does not accept or place wagers, operate casino games, hold player funds, or provide access to casino gaming.

Access to and use of Blackjack SPY is not offered or permitted to persons physically located in any of the following jurisdictions (the “Restricted Jurisdictions”):

United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Estonia, and Austria.

The restriction is based on the user's physical location at the time the Service is accessed, regardless of citizenship, nationality, residence, or account registration information.

If you are physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, you must not access or use Blackjack SPY.

We use technical measures, including geographic IP-based restrictions, to limit access from Restricted Jurisdictions. You must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions through a VPN, proxy server, location-spoofing or location-masking technology, anonymization service, or any other method intended to conceal or misrepresent your actual location.

The availability of the Service in a particular location does not constitute a representation or warranty that use of the Service is lawful in that jurisdiction. Geographic identification technologies are not always accurate, and the failure of a technical restriction to prevent access does not constitute permission to use the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you and to your location.

If we reasonably determine that the Service is being accessed from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including through circumvention of geographic restrictions, we may restrict or terminate access without prior notice.

The list of Restricted Jurisdictions may be updated from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, or our risk-management policies.

Use of the Service

Blackjack SPY provides informational and analytical data concerning blackjack games. The information made available through the Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes.

You are solely responsible for how you use information obtained through the Service and for determining whether such use is permitted under the laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and rules applicable to you.

Blackjack SPY does not authorize or encourage users to violate applicable law, casino rules, contractual obligations, geographic restrictions, or the rights of any third party.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal advice or a representation that any particular use of the Service is lawful in any jurisdiction.
